We take great care to pack your artwork and want you to receive it in perfect condition. If your work is damaged or incorrect, please email info@graphicoartdesign.com, including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect work, as well as the packaging it arrived in.

Domestic shipping is at a nominal rate, which depends on the size and weight of the artwork, and whether it has to be shipped flat or rolled in a tube. We offer custom shipping options at request for international orders. If you live outside India and would like us to ship art to your country, please email info@graphicoartdesign.com.

Yes, you can commission a painting from most of our artists, however, some of them do not take commissions. Please email info@graphicoartdesign.com, including the artist you would like to work with and any specifics about the painting you have in mind.

We do not have a permanent gallery space but we host events and exhibitions at various venues across New Delhi, India throughout the year.

Yes, we provide a Certificate of Authenticity that has been signed by the artist, as well as a representative of the gallery.

Each artwork on GRAPHICOARTDESIGN.com is an original work of art that has been signed by the artist and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
